Shipping Information:

1. Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across Delhi NCR with some special offerings having All India deliverability

2. Desired Delivery Date: We offer desired delivery dates only within Delhi NCR.

3. Cakes: We do not deliver cakes outside of Gurgaon because of the nature of the product

4. Delivery Partners: We use trusted third-party delivery services. Please note that Brownyumm is not responsible for any delays or damages caused during delivery.

Delivery Timelines:

1. Gurgaon: Orders are dispatched the same day. 

Products marked for Deliver Now are ready to dispatch in 30 minutes.

Products marked for Deliver Later are custom made and ready to dispatch in 5 hours 

2. Delhi NCR: Orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 5 pm 

2. Outside Delhi NCR: Orders usually take a minimum of 3-5 working days for delivery due to longer distances.
